If the Pet Owner does not inform their Pet Sitter and PetCloud of any delays and make themselves uncontactable for 24-48hrs after the pick up time and date, then we will assume the Pet Owner has abandoned their pet. The Pet Owner will be reported to the Authorities, and the Pet Sitter will need to contact their Local Council to place the pet/s at the Council's holding facility (otherwise known as the pound).  The Pet Owner's details will remain listed as a Person of Interest, and they will no longer be able to be a future user of the PetCloud platform in any capacity.
