While the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone with a disability.
Pet Professionals: If you demonstrate racist or discriminatory behaviour towards a PetCloud staff member or Pet Owner Client we will:
Log what you said or did against your file in our internal system.
Warn you that we will be unable to assist you if you continue the behaviour
End the conversation or assisting you by email if your behaviour continues.
We will then replace you on all bookings with another Subcontractor
We will deactivate your listing permanently
We will contact all of our Clients who you have ever had contact with to let them know that you have been banned, why you have been banned, and offering them a replacement.
We will report you to the Australian Human Rights Commission.

We will deactivate your profile permanently.

treat others as you would like to be treated.
respectfully engage with all PetCloud staff, being specific on what you would like assistance with.
use an appropriate speaking level and tone.
