Yes.  To update your banking details in Stripe, you need to log into Stripe: https://dashboard.stripe.com/

We don't store your banking details on PetCloud.  They are stored with our third party payment gateway and payment processing provider, Stripe. The Stripe Payment Gateway uses the very latest in 256-bit SSL security & is 100% PCI compliant, which means your details are also masked for your peace of mind.  Stripe is the fastest and easiest way for our wonderful Sitters to get paid.

Why don't we store your details on PetCloud?   
​Cybercrime is on the rise (Have you heard the recent news about Optus, Medibank, and Latitude Financial?) and is very real so we are decreasing our risk and yours by having your banking details hosted on Stripe.  Having your bank account drained of money and your identity stolen can set you back financially for years.
