In total, we deduct 20% to cover:

• Insurance Cover
• National Customer Support
• Website & App Development, Marketing, & Operations.

So when you set your prices, ensure you take this into account, by setting them slightly higher, so that you are happy with the final amount you are paid out by PetCloud.
