Being Unresponsive - Penalties

Being responsive is a fundamental part of offering Pet Care on PetCloud and we will penalise Sitter listings in on-site search rankings so that they rank lower in future and/or remove those Sitters who are unresponsive. 

If a Pet Owner makes an inquiry through your PetCloud listing but it expired as they got no response from you, it also costs us money.  PetCloud spends money to generate leads to the website to get enquiries. So we will deactivate unresponsive Sitter Listings from on-site search results and you will not be able to receive Pet Job enquiries as we will disable your [Enquire] button and change it to [Sitter Away]

If you don't respond, Pet Owners get frustrated, and this impacts their experience with our brand.  Have you downloaded the PetCloud App so that you get push notifications?

Circumstances changed?

If you are having a break from Pet Sitting, you can intentionally Deactivate your listing without getting penalised on your Listing page: https://www.petcloud.com.au/listing
