Yes - and PetCloud strongly recommends meeting the sitter before booking. Message the sitter through the PetCloud platform with a day and time, to meet and greet with your pets at the proposed location of care before you confirm your booking.

Use it to see how the sitter is with your pet and to walk the property together using our Property Safety Checklist, developed with veterinarians. You're checking for escape routes and hazards, and working out fixes together.  If something can't be fixed, post a job to find an alternative pet sitter and property that's a better fit.
