Can I trust the sitter?

Check 4 things on every sitter's profile before you book:

  1. Identity: Are they who they say they are? Look for the biometric ID verification badge.
  2. Character: Do they have a clean record? Look for the national police check badge, and read reviews - only owners with a confirmed booking can leave one.
  3. Reliability: Will they keep you in the loop? Read reviews. Sitters must send daily photo updates, and your payment is held securely until the booking ends.
  4. Skills: Do they know how to keep your pet safe by recognising and preventing risks? Look for PetCloud Academy training.

Then meet them. Watch how they are with your pet and check the property together for hazards and escape routes. The choice is always yours - if it doesn't feel right, keep looking.
