Most Pet Owners do. Some want to meet first.  They then pay into escrow. Payment must made to PetCloud before the date of the booking starts.  It remains in a third party escrow account until both parties are happy at the end of the stay.

You are under absolutely no obligation to continue with a Meet & Greet if you felt like there were compatibility issues, however, you must inform us and the Pet Owner straight away.
