Doggy Day Care is great for when you are doing a road trip and want to explore a non-dog friendly location for the day or great for an ongoing schedule while you are at work or if you have to go to medical appointments or if you have a puppy that is in the critical socialisation period. Your pet will love staying in the company of a pet sitter at their home during the day. There may be 1 or 2 additional guest pets, unless you specifically state otherwise.
What happens at Doggy Day Care?
It varies from Sitter to Sitter in a Home Based Environment however, usually:
- Ball throwing and fetching
- Tug of war with a ball rope.
- Sensory Stimulation through
- Scent trails Enrichment Toys such as kong wobblers, snuffle mats, and licky mats
- Doggy Naps
- Some Sitter’s may have fenced pools and with the Owner’s permission, and Sitter supervision, some dogs may be allowed to swim in summer to cool down.
