When resolving Disputes, best practice is to focus on 2 things and to work together to solve it as quickly as possible. You need to tell us:
- What the problem is
- What you want us to do to fix the problem
Then provide details:
- Attachments such as a Bank Statement/screenshots
- Dates and Payments.
- Booking ID
- Party's Bank Account Details money should be refunded into
- How the matter arose
PetCloud always endeavours to get funds owed to Parties as quickly as possible, so if you are owed funds, we will reverse the transaction in Stripe back onto your card.
