How do I cancel a booking?

There are 2 types of bookings on PetCloud:

  1. Once Off (such as house sitting and pet sitting).
  2. Repeat Weekly Bookings (such as dog walking, home visits, and doggy day care).
You can cancel your once off booking by clicking on the Cancel button in the Booking Details section. On desktop view, you'll find this on the right hand side of the screen.



Repeat Weekly Bookings can be Paused and Resumed by clicking the Pause button on the bottom right hand side of the screen (desktop view).  If you wish to End your Repeat Weekly Booking Plan entirely, then click the End Plan button.
