How do I get a Police Check?
All subcontractors on PetCloud are required to obtain a new police check through our partners National Crime Check through your PetCloud Verifications screen
When we receive a clear police check result back from National Crime Check - a Police checked badge is added to your profile.
Digital badges like the Police Check one are visual symbols of trust and add credibility to your sitter listing and encourages new clients who have never met you to book your services.

Only $53.00 for your check. Police check renewals may be tax-deductible depending on your circumstances. Ask your tax agent and keep your receipt.
✅ May be Paid For
If you receive support from an Employment Service Provider (ESP) such as WorkSkil Australia (via Centrelink), they may pay for your police check. Ask your ESP before purchasing.
It takes an excessive amount of Administrative time and money to review the authenticity and validity of Police checks obtained from other sources, so in order to keep our service fees low, for this reason, we no longer accept Police checks from any other source other than National Crime Check.
