NDIS bookings require more safeguards and onboarding than non-ndis bookings, it is for this reason, we have a dedicated NDIS Team Member, named Shaira to support you. At this stage the Website App do not have NDIS processes built in yet, which is why NDIS bookings go through our friendly team so that we can support you better.
