How do I Pay for Extra Days or Services or Expenses?

Step 1. Get the Agreement in writing with your PetCloud Sitter in your PetCloud inbox.

If the Pet Sitter has verbally quoted and confirmed they are 100% available on those extra dates for extra services, it's important to get this agreement in writing by messaging them in through your PetCloud inbox.  This way, there are no misunderstandings about agreed dates or services or prices, and your pet/s will be covered by insurance.  For example, the message you would message the Sitter via your PetCloud inbox is:

"Hi [Name], as per our conversation, I would like to book some extra services which will result in extra charges.

01/12/2019: Additional Pick up and drop off  $30

01/12/2019: 1x Grooming $60

01 - 10th December Daily Dog Walking: 10x $20 = $200

Total = $290

Please reply confirming that you are happy to do these extra services on these dates.

Step 2. Email the PetCloud Accounts Team 

accounts@petcloud.com.au with the Subject Header: "Extra Charges for Booking ID: ###### with [Pet Owner Name]."


In the Body of the email write:


"Hi PetCloud Team,  


Extra Services have been requested by me of Pet Sitter Janet Jones which will result in extra charges, please add to booking.


01/12/2019: Additional Pick up and drop off  $30

01/12/2019: 1x Grooming $60

01 - 10th December Daily Dog Walking: 10x $20 = $200

Total = $290



Step 3. Pay
