After a Sitter has confirmed they are available for the dates and service you are interested in, a button will be displayed for you to make payment into PetCloud's escrow, which then displays the Sitters Phone number.  Until payment is made via PetCloud, other Pet Owners can book this sitter which may mean your pets miss out.  Not the right match? Phone numbers and emails are blocked in messaging until payment is made into escrow. This protects Sitters from being booked by Pet Owners who may have insufficient funds or an invalid card.  Funds are not released to the Sitter until after services have been provided to a quality standard.
