How do I update my credit card?
Please go to the Stripe Portal and insert your email address to update your credit card: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gwdS42Sr4FW3qE4gg
Next, check your personal email mailbox for an email from Stripe with the subject header "Your customer portal login link"
The email you will be sent will look like this:
Click + Add payment method
Click Pay another way
Enter your credit card ensuring that it has sufficient funds, and that is not expired, and then click "Add" at the bottom of the screen
Go back to your PetCloud message thread and click Retry Payment. Congratulations! You will have now confirmed payment!
