Every PetCloud Sitter is Police checked.  It is mandatory for all our Sitters to:

• Upload a clear profile photo
• Provide & validate their address on Google maps
• Validate their email address
• Validate their mobile phone number
  
• Provide a Police check conducted within the last 12 months, or Get a police check through our third party Partner.
  

We also display verification badges to indicate what other verifications they have achieved.

 RSPCA Accredited - These Sitters have earned their RSPCA Qld Accredited Sitter badge to show they have the skills and knowledge it takes to give dogs & cats excellent standard of care. They have also had an animal cruelty history check done on them (that only our RSPCA Partners have access to) and they have been cleared of having no records.

 PetCloud Accredited - These Sitters have earned their PetCloud Accredited Sitter badge to show they have the skills and knowledge it takes to give dogs & cats excellent standard of care. 

 Pet First Aid - These Pet Sitters have shown proof in obtaining formal First Aid from a recognised institution

 Police Checked -  These Sitters have paid to have our neutral third party provider to conduct a national criminal history check. 

 Reliable - This Sitter has proven themselves to be reliable in providing responsible pet sitting care

 Responsive - This Sitter gives timely responses to questions

 Preferred Sitter - These Sitters are a part of the "PetCloud Preferred". This badge says these Sitters have expertise, experience, and close attention to sitter quality and performance.
