Every PetCloud Sitter is Police checked.  It is mandatory for all our Sitters to:

• Upload a clear profile photo
• Provide & validate their address on Google maps
• Validate their email address
• Validate their mobile phone number
  
• Provide a Police check conducted within the last 12 months, or Get a police check through our third party Partner.
  

We also display verification badges to indicate what other verifications they have achieved.

 Has taken RSPCA Qld Accredited Training - These Sitters have earned their badge to show they have the skills and knowledge it takes to give dogs & cats excellent standard of care. 

 Pet First Aid - These Pet Sitters have shown proof in obtaining formal First Aid from a recognised institution

 Police Checked -  These Sitters have paid to have our third party provider to conduct a national criminal history check. 

 Reliable - This Sitter has proven themselves to be reliable in providing responsible pet sitting care

 Responsive - This Sitter gives timely responses to questions

 Preferred Sitter - These Sitters are a part of the "PetCloud Preferred". This badge says these Sitters have expertise, experience, and close attention to sitter quality and performance.
