How long will it take for my claim to be processed?
The length of process will vary depending on the severity of the case, the quality of documentation, the relevance and quality of supporting evidence, such as Receipts for expenses, Vet Reports, Photographs, Screenshots of conversations, the cooperation of the Owner and Sitter, and if there are conflicting reports, but we strive to resolve most cases within one month (30 days).
Not supplying evidence within 7 days will delay your claim as your claim cannot be submitted to our 3rd Party Insurer without supported evidence.
