How to charge for extra services or expenses

1. Get the specific request from the Pet Owner in writing via your PetCloud inbox with regard to the exact brand, exact size, and exact cost of the item and agreement from them that they will reimburse you for the dollar amount for those items on the same day on which is has been bought.   

2. After buying those exact items, you need to take a photo of the items and of the receipt and upload the image and message it to the Pet Owner via the PetCloud platform, otherwise you run the risk of not being reimbursed.

3. Email the PetCloud Accounts Team: accounts@petcloud.com.au

"Hi PetCloud  Accounts Team, [Pet Owner Name] has extended their overnight pet sitting booking with me by 2 nights which they have agreed to, and they will pick up their pet on the 19th June at 5pm.  Could you please provide create a payment link and email it to them to make a payment for x2 extra nights at $40 per night 2 x $40 = $80. Thank you."

  2. Giving Medications
  3. Vacuuming up Pet Hair
  4. Collecting the clients mail from the mailbox and placing in house.
  5. Watering the plants
  6. Round trip to the Groomers
  7. Round trip to the Vet for Check ups
  8. Buying extra food they may have run out of.
  9. Puppy Mats/Pads
  10. Vet expenses related to pre-existing conditions
