How to switch ON Push Notifications

When the PetCloud App first loads up and initialises, you need to allow it to send you notifications. We only send important notifications about your bookings and messages.

Select Allow while using App.

Please also check that you have installed the latest version of the PetCloud App.

Below in the PetCloud App, there are Notification Settings in the menu then click > Please Send me Push Notifications

Then you should also check your Phone's Settings for the PetCloud App and whether you have set it so that your phone will Allow Notifications.

You should also allow Location permission while the App is in use so that you receive notifications about Pet Job opportunities posted nearby OR when applicants are starting to respond to your job.
