Upon signing up to PetCloud, you will automatically be sent a Verification email from PetCloud.
The email contains a button labelled "Verify Email" - click it.
This will redirect you back to your PetCloud account. Upon logging in, your email will be verified.
Reasons why your Verification email may not arrive
1. The email verification email may not arrive if you have previously signed up to PetCloud using another email address and your same mobile number.
2. Ensure you check your Junk mail folders, and Spam folders for the reset password email from PetCloud.
3. Please add support@petcloud.com.au to your contacts in your email address book. This will increase the likelihood of your email server not blocking the email. 4. If the email never arrives and you've tried all of the tips, then its possible you may have made a spelling error in your email address upon joining. If this is the case, ask the support team if they can check for spelling errors in your email address that you joined with. You may need to create a fresh account using another email address instead.
