I can't apply for jobs
Are you having trouble applying for jobs? Here are some things you can try:
Do you offer the service type in your listing that the job is advertised as needing? For example "PET BOARDING" jobs - Your listing will need to have the Service type of "PET BOARDING".
Are your Pet Preferences on your listing the same as what is displayed in the job? For example if the job has a "GIANT DOG" that is needing care - Your listing will need to have the Pet Preference of "GIANT DOGS"
What is the error that displays when you go to apply for the job?
Are you waiting on a Police check to be reviewed?
Are you applying using the App or the Website?
If App - do you have the latest App version download from the App Store?
All these things help us get closer to solving why you can't apply for jobs.
