I cannot verify my ID when adding my bank account information to my Stripe account

If you are a Pet Sitter and are having trouble verifying your account, please review the following list and re-submit your verification request based on correcting any of these points.

Stripe Requirements:
  1. Your name and address on the bank account should be exactly the same as that on the verification document and should match your Stripe account
  2. The quality of the document should be high as most validation is done automatically (PDF format preferred)
  3. The document must be fully visible (all edges of the document should be visible)
  4. The document must not be older than 6 months
