If as a Pet Owner you post a job and a Pet Sitter makes an offer, when you accept that offer and propose a Meet & Greet to your preferred Pet Sitter, the PetCloud website will ask you to pay and the funds for the job are securely held within a third party escrow account until you are satisfied that the job is complete to the quality standard agreed. 

If after a Meet & Greet you felt like it was not a good match between you & a Pet Sitter, you can send a fresh booking inquiry to another preferred Sitter and request a refund for the booking attached to the Sitter that you felt you and your pet didn't match with by emailing our team: support@petcloud.com.au
