Is there a Minimum or Maximum number of hours per month I need to work?

No. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours per month you are required to work.  You're the boss of your schedule!  In your Calendar Settings screen on the App and the Calendar Screen on the website, you are able to set the rough volume of jobs you want to take on so that we can drive leads to your listing.  You are in charge and can choose to decline jobs if you don't want them, or are able to deactivate your listing or set your listing into Away mode if you want to take a break.
