There’s no pre-determined start and finish time (such as midnight for example) in line with the booking details however it would be useful if sitters and owners recorded any amendments done offline with the owners (like the owner being late back) so PetCloud has a record.

Other than that it’s simply from when the sitter is in charge of the pet till they leave their care. This includes when they do the meet and greets etc.
