If the damage is extensive, then you need to get a couple of quotes from a handyman as to how much it will roughly cost to fix the damage. If the damage is small, and its your own property and want to fix it yourself go to your local hardware store or a Bunnings and tally up the cost of the sample pot of paint and spackfill and brush needed to fix the damage. Take a photo of the invoice and upload it into your PetCloud inbox and send it to the Owner.
