Reporting Damage, Theft, or any Incident
PetCloud takes owner safety and property protection seriously. In the event of damage, theft, or any incident during a booking, owners should contact PetCloud Support immediately so we can assist, document the issue, and investigate. All bookings and communications are recorded within the platform, and sitter accounts may be suspended while incidents are reviewed.
Depending on the situation, owners may also wish to contact their home insurer or local authorities, particularly where criminal activity is suspected.
- In cases of suspected criminal activity (such as theft or intentional damage), owners should contact the Police.
- If an animal welfare concern (suspected animal cruelty, neglect, unsafe treatment of a pet) arises, owners may also contact the RSPCA or their local animal welfare authority.
- For accidental property damage, owners may wish to consult their Home and Contents Insurer.
- For Veterinary Medical issues, contacting the nearest Vet.
PetCloud does not provide insurance cover for property damage. Owners should ensure they have appropriate home insurance.
