How to Reset my Password?

How do I reset my password?

To Reset your Password:
  1. Go to the Forgot Password screen www.petcloud.com.au/forgot and input your email address
  2. Go to your personal email mailbox. A Password Reset email with a button will arrive. Click the RESET PASSWORD button.
  3. You will be taken to the PetCloud website Create New Password screen on a browser.  Create a new password.  Click Reset.
  4. Your Password is now reset.
  5. Go to the Login screen www.petcloud.com.au/login with your email and password.
Password Reset Email didn't arrive?
  1. Ensure you check your Junk mail folders, and Spam folders for the reset password email from PetCloud. 
  2. Please add support@petcloud.com.au to your contacts in your email address book. This will increase the likelihood of your email server not blocking the email.
  3. If the email never arrives and you've tried all of the tips, then its possible you may have made a spelling error in your email address upon joining. If this is the case, ask the support team if they can check for spelling errors in your email address that you joined with.  You may need to create a fresh account using another email address instead.

Guidelines: Must be a mix of UPPER and lowercase characters, contain a number; contain a special character (!@#$); and be 8 total characters minimum
