Always ensure your smart phone is in working order so that you can write notes, obtain written permission, take photos, or to summarise verbal conversations and message it through to a Pet Owner for their written confirmation or permission via the PetCloud App. 

Always send us an email, telling us about any verbal requests from Pet Owners for changes in service/times/or schedule and we will liaise with the Owner if you would like us to: accounts@petcloud.com.au 

Mentally ill people exist in our population already and you already interact with them every day. Some are diagnosed and some are undiagnosed.

So if you ever feel like something is not adding up, or feel uncomfortable, then stop the job and report back to us.
