Booking Cancellations by Sitters

A booking on the PetCloud platform is a contract of offer and acceptance between a Pet Owner and a Pet Sitter.  
If you as a Sitter cancel a booking you have already accepted, you may be in breach of contract.  
If you need to find a replacement Sitter for a booking you have accepted, you must email both our Accounts Team and our Booking Success Team as soon as possible.
We will try to assist you by ringing around or posting a job.

Please provide the Booking ID and or Pet Owner Name and mention that you need to find a replacement for them.


The Pet Owner may be legally entitled to claim damages from you, plus associated losses they suffer as a result of your actions.
For example, a booking refund + losses from cancelled Flight and Accommodation if they are unable to find a suitable replacement.
