Your first payout takes between 7 to 14 days (We hate delays as much as you do, but this is out of our hands). This allows Stripe to conduct some AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on the information you provided when you went through onboarding from your PetCloud Payout Preference screen. You can check your Stripe dashboard to see if they have asked you for any additional verification.
