Large and strong dogs need the right equipment to be walked safely. Owners supply it, and walkers check for it before the first walk.

Pet Owners of large and strong dogs are required to provide Dog Walkers with the necessary safety equipment to control your dog in a public place. Dog Walkers are required to ask Pet Owners to have the equipment on hand, ready for walking their dog.

1. Gentle Leader Head Collars and;

2. Front clipping harness and;

3. A Leash

Give your walker this equipment before the first walk. Your walker is required to ask for it and may not be able to walk your dog safely without it. Please don't supply a retractable leash.

Don't start a walk without this equipment. You can turn down a job that is hazardous to your health and safety, so if an owner can't provide it, decline the walk until they can.
