That's ok - let us know within the following 24 hours after the meet & greet by emailing support@petcloud.com.au telling us the Pet Owners name and booking dates and why you want to cancel.

Don't feel obliged to do a booking, you're the boss and we want you to enjoy pet sitting!  If you feel awkward about telling the Pet Owner you dont think its a good match - Let us contact the owner for you. No problem. But let us know ASAP as Pet Owners need to organise their schedule.
