During a pet stay, please upload photos daily to the Pet Owner via PetCloud and write a small summary on how they are going, any changes in behaviour, what fun you both have gotten up to, and reassurance their pet is doing great.

This also builds trust with the Pet Owner through consistency and they are more likely to give you a great review.
