What to do if a pet sitter cancels?
The fastest way to resolve finding an available Sitter near you is to Post a Job on PetCloud's Pet Jobs Board - this sends out a push notification and an email alert in a 25km radius and available Sitters will apply to you and you'll receive applicants to your PetCloud Jobs.
We will remove Pet Sitters who are not reliable. If this happens, please contact the PetCloud Support Team, and mention the Sitter name and URL of their listing who cancelled on you or did a 'no show' and we send them a warning or even deactivate their listing if they don't provide a reason why their circumstances required they cancel. Our emphasis on reliability creates a community where Pet Owners feel they can rely on Pet Sitters. If you choose not to go ahead, you will be fully refunded.
Cancellations by Pet Sitters can be stressful, costly, and are very inconvenient for Pet Owners. On PetCloud, everything is decided by trust.
