Use a Chrome browser https://www.google.com/intl/en_au/chrome/dr/download/on your desktop and download Chrome from the App Store or Play Store to your phone.  When you sign into it, it auto fills your usernames and passwords into the websites you have an account with. You can reset your password here: https://www.petcloud.com.au/forgot if you need any time.
