PetCloud is community based on trust and safety and its important for both Sitters and Owners to have a clear profile picture as trust goes both ways.

1. When you book pet sitting, Sitters are inviting you as a stranger into their private home. 

2. Sitters receive loads of booking requests daily. They want to see who they are messaging with and potentially inviting to their home.

A clear profile photo is mandatory and a booking will not be accepted by Pet Sitters without one.
