1. Your payment is protected when you pay via PetCloud as its held in escrow by PetCloud and paid out to Pet Sitters only when the job has been completed successfully. If the job was not completed satisfactorily by the Pet Sitter you may also request a partial refund.

2. Your booking is a legal agreement as to the dates and times and services to be provided.

3. Your wallet is protected by PetCloud’s Public Liability insurance and in the event of an unforeseen accident, and your pet requires emergency Vet treatment, the Vet Bills would be covered.
