#1 When you pay via PetCloud, the booking is funded, but not yet paid out. Your payment is held in escrow by PetCloud and released by you to Pet Sitters only after 24hrs the job has been completed successfully.  If the job was not completed satisfactorily by the Pet Sitter you may also request a partial refund from our Accounts Team.

#2 Booking via PetCloud is a legal contract as to the dates and times and services to be provided and prevents misunderstandings.

#3 It's against our terms to pay any other way
