Reduce the number of days
If you need to reduce the number of days on a booking, you just need to contact our support team and request, along with your booking ID.
Partial refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on a your bank statement. Our Booking Fee is non-refundable when a booking is reduced or cancelled by the owner. We can refund according to the Sitter’s chosen policy (
there are 3 to choose from).
If a booking is cancelled outside the timeframe specified in the sitter's chosen cancellation policy, the pet owner will receive a full refund of the Pet Service fee.
