PetCloud integrates with Stripe for processing payments from Pet Owners and payouts to Pet Sitters.  Stripe allows flexibility in refunding and correcting payments if your plans change or are cancelled. It also allows for a smooth and reliable payment process. PetCloud previously paid all sitters using a combination of Paypal & Stripe. This will be changing this week as of 17th Jan 2023. All current bookings that had Paypal as a payout method will be paid out via Paypal.

If you are a Pet Owner, no. If you are a Pet Sitter, yes. You will need to verify your bank details you want us to pay you out to by visiting the Payout Preferences screen and follow these steps.

Yes, Stripe is a very safe, secure and reliable payment system. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
