What support is available for my Pet during bookings?

There is a lot of support available for Pets during bookings. The support offered is:
  1. PetCloud's comprehensive Knowledge Base
  2. Behavioural Support
  3. Training in PetCloud's Academy which is Vet-endorsed and is offered to all Sitters. Its up to Pet Owners to select a Sitter who has completed training if that is important to you. 
  4. Web Vet Support is available for non-urgent medical concerns at affordable rates.
  5. Urgent Emergency Procedures with a Vet.
  6. Customer Support


However, the best safety is making good choices:
  1. Making time for a Meet & Greet and requesting a full property tour (safety check and pet compatibility check)
  2. Interviewing the sitter
  3. Reading reviews
  4. Choosing a Sitter who has completed Vet-endorsed training
  5. Choosing a Sitter who has been identified by an ACIC Accredited Provider linked to a fresh police check.
  6. Not accepting a Sitter who is unresponsive or vague in providing answers.
