If you wish to report an NDIS Incident head here.
If there is a Pet Emergency, you need to contact your nearest Emergency Vet and the Pet Owner. You are able to use Google to search or here are some Emergency Vet numbers
If you wish to report an incident for a General Booking, please use our Contact Us Form
If the Incident has resulted in injury of a Pet Accident, first priority is to take the Pet to your nearest Vet and then lodge an Insurance Claim for coverage of the Vet Bill afterwards. Stay calm.
If a pet has passed away due to old age, make contact with the Pet Owner and your nearest Vet. Read through these instructions.
